In 2020, Boyd founded Reputable as the go-to firm to manage, enhance, defend, extend, and shield the reputation of a company, a campaign, an individual, or an entire industry. Boyd is a global communications, public relations, marketing, and brand-building executive with experience in strategic communications, social media operations, executive engagement, and marketing. He has a proven track record in developing and launching communications campaigns, enhancing brand perceptions and reputations by constructing, implementing, and optimizing communications strategies, marketing, and media planning that drives customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
Before founding Reputable, Boyd was Vice President at The Moak Group in Washington, DC, overseeing the group's marketing and communications practice. He worked with international clients such as China Eastern Airlines North America and Oceania, Alitalia, Delta Air Lines, Royal Air Maroc, AirAsia X, The LINE Hotel, and Aeropuertos GAP, which operates 12 airports in Mexico.
Prior to The Moak Group, Boyd worked at Qatar Airways for six years overseeing all U.S. marketing and public relations. His career also includes roles at iHeartMedia and Home Front Communications (now Avoq). Boyd graduated from Baylor University and began his professional career in Topeka, Kansas, as a reporter at WIBW-TV.
Michael brings nearly 30 years of high-level, strategic communications and global public affairs experience to Reputable as our Executive Vice President.
Before joining Reputable, Michael was Senior Vice President at The Moak Group, a public affairs, marketing, and PR firm in Washington, DC. He focused on strategic planning, issue-based legislative and regulatory coordination, and third-party outreach for clients.
Previously, Michael was Managing Director of Government and International Affairs at American Airlines, representing the airline on aviation, trade, and commerce issues to Congress, the White House, and other government agencies and international organizations.
Michael also served in senior roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation and was head of congressional affairs at the American Red Cross. He’s also worked at Airlines for America (A4A) as Director of Federal Affairs and Vice President of Communications, where he was the public voice of the industry during and after 9/11.
Originally from Covington, Louisiana, Michael graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Business Administration.
Fig has made a career out of his impeccable fetching skills. He also loves the beach and hiking around Santa Barbara.
